Hello and thanks for coming to the site! My goal with this blog is to share information about the cosmetic industry and the product development process with consumers. I'm interested in connecting with others about opportunities to spread information via blogs, podcasts, or articles as a guest contributor.

I am also looking to share information with people pursuing a career in the cosmetic industry. I am always happy to connect with those interested in career coaching or advice. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

For a little background on me, I am a cosmetic product development expert who has been in the industry since 2010. My passion is working on cosmetic products that consumers love and trust. I love using technical expertise and problem solving to launch great formulas and make a visible impact on the business.

I have worked with cosmetic and over-the-counter monograph drug products including emulsions, surfactants, hot melts, color cosmetics, lip balms, sunscreens, and naturals. My experience includes working in research and development, operations, supply chain, and supervising a department.
